Wendigo

The Wendigo is a Spirit Diety of Native American folklore.

This Spirit is a Shapeshifter, arising from the depths of the underworld. It is a fierce protector and may be invited during times that a people or person needs strength and protection. In very rare instances, the Wendigo will act as a guardian for medicine men and women, shielding them from harm and ensuring they are able to recognize their gifts from their ancestors.
